Join us for my 5* rated hypnobirthing & birth prep course , at Evolve Injury Clinic in Long Eaton. This is a comprehensive deep dive into birth physiology, the hormones of birth, birth partner support, navigating the maternity system and everything else you need to know to prepare for a positive birth experience. Dates: Jan 12th, 19th, 26th & Feb 2nd. If you can't make all the dates there is an option to receive a recording or join remotely. Please bring your birth partner as there is SO much they can learn to support you through this amazing process! Secure your place with a £50 deposit and the remaining £200 is due one week before the course start date.
